01. What happens when the AI flags something?You receive an instant push notification with a summary of what was flagged and why. You can review the full context in your dashboard, take action (block, report, discuss with your child), and track the resolution. Critical safety flags also trigger a review by our human moderation team.

02. How do I set up my child's account?You create a Parent Account first, then create a Child Account linked to yours. During the child's registration, you verify their age and set initial content preferences. The whole setup takes about 5 minutes.

03. What if my child encounters something harmful despite the filters?No system is 100% perfect, and we are honest about that. If your child encounters content that slipped through, you can report it immediately from both the child's app and your parent dashboard. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Reported content also helps us improve the AI model.

04. Is Thiqa free for parents?The Parent Dashboard and all core safety features are included in the standard family subscription. Thiqa's model is subscription-based — we do not sell advertising or data, so the cost of the platform is transparent and fair.
