Data That Stays Where It Belongs

All data for Malaysian users is stored within Malaysia's borders on our own servers based on Malaysian Region infrastructure u2014 which is fully compliant with PDPA requirements.
🔐 Encrypted Everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Messages are end-to-end encrypted. No unencrypted data ever leaves our systems.
🚫 Zero Advertising
Adult's and children's data is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared outside Thiqa's infrastructure. Zero exceptions. Ever.
📋 PDPA Compliant
We are fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. Data collection is minimal, purposeful, and transparent to both parent and child.
🗑️ Right to Deletion
Parents can request complete deletion of their child's data at any time. Deletion is executed within 30 days, with a confirmation certificate issued.
